This is where Jonas Tushemukyire, our founder, was raised, among the songs of birds, the wisdom of the forest, and the rhythms of the local communities that have lived in harmony with nature for generations.
With this rare, first-hand connection to Africa’s wild beauty, Jonas dreamt of creating a travel company unlike any other, a company that would open the door for the world’s most discerning explorers to experience Africa not as outsiders, but as welcomed guests of the land, its people, and its timeless wildlife. Thus, Explora Journeys Africa was born.
